Sushi, Anyone?

Li'l Man loves Tobiko and pointed excitedly this week-end for us to snag it as soon as it turned up on the conveyor belt at Blue C Sushi. Give me a tuna sashimi any day.
How cool is it that my son likes Gunkan? I love sushi and "Tobiko" or flying fish roe are okay. I just have the most problem with the tough seaweed on those suckers. Since I've ground my teeth for so long, my canine teeth are as dull as safety scissors.
It's quite embarassing if the sushi is excessive seaweed-y or requires more than one bite. I've read recently in a British manners book that one should cut the sushi with two chopsticks together if it is too big. What?! I had no idea that chopsticks were so sharp. I better watch for my lips. Those wacky British!
Did I mention that Li'l Man loves Indian and curries as well?
Another vision I'm having: He's a world traveller, food critic, or better yet, a chef on Top Chef. Yep, we are raising another foodie for sure.
