When we go to McDonald&#39;s (very rarely), my kids are ordering the double quarter pounder meals with the large drink and fries; and my husband and I are getting the Kids Happy Meals.<br />I see these little old couples come into the restaurant I work at and share a sandwich and now I know why...they had to teach themselves to eat less because their kids were vacuuming it all up! They are superior carbs and there is something in them/about them that slays the beast.
