"Bear" is for all other connotations. <br />So, you bare your soul or you have the bare essentials (unless of course, you're Baloo, in which case it's the Bear Essentials), but you have a burden to bear...<br />Actually, if you're wearing it, it's a burden to bear, but if you're dying to unload it on someone, it's a burden to bare.<br />So...
