I barely know who she is and suspect she's crazy, but I definitely don't think anybody has an obligation to tell people whether or nor they have had plastic surgery? You can ask them, doesn't mean they have to answer! It's not a public issue.

I can't in a million gazillion years imagine thinking "I need to be as thin as Octomom... why aren't I thin, like Octomom..." She's in the media machine now, and no doubt she will look the part. Why do women care what she does, or looks like?
